2 Goose breasts
1 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons dried chili flakes
Strong flavored meat deserves a strong marinade and this is exactly what you’ll find in this smoked goose breast recipe. And if you think goose is tough and dry you’ve never had it cooked like this.
Mix the soy sauce and molasses in your marinade bowl and stir in the brown sugar. Spoon in the chili flakes and marinate the goose breast overnight.
Set your smoker off at 110°C or 225°F and cook the breasts for approximately 90 minutes. When cooked slice generously on the diagonal and plate up.
